I’m a long time fan of Miss Natalie’s heirloom growth charts, so I was really happy to hear that they’re available through Target as a featured item in their “Red Hot Shop” for the next month
These are *great* baby shower presents if you’re in the market for one. Natalie also happens to be one of [...]

on Wednesday and Thursday I had what really was the most amazing experience of my life so far, being present at the birth of this little boy:
His mom, who has been my best friend since we were six years old, was amazing through the 37 hours of labor it took to get this little guy [...]
Giselle and Pablo of 3P-3 sent over pictures of some of their cards and this one grabbed me:
Because let me tell you, there are not enough baby cards out there that aren’t so sickly sweet they kind of make you want to throw up.
Check out 3P-3’s full line (aka non-baby) over at their etsy shop. [...]
The high-tea baby shower I threw on Sunday went really well, if I do say so myself. Click here to see more pictures.
The baby shower I’m throwing for my childhood best friend is starting in two hours, and I am amazingly almost done with all preparations. This never happens – I’m usually throwing stuff in closets while going to answer the door. Here’s a peek of the decorations I’ve been working on this week, I’ll post more [...]

I’m going to [...]
Melissa Moss sent over some links to her work the other day, and I was immediately taken with her pieces that put sea-like creatures in earthy environments – a great juxtaposition. Her work is almost fairy-tale-ish, but maintains a very graphic and modern aesthetic. I love that these pieces are sweet enough to work in [...]
Yesterday after work Annie of Wexford Girl and I met up to check out Rose and Radish’s new store theme last night – tea time. It was super adorable, and I picked up a few little things for a high tea baby shower I’m throwing next month. Unfortunately they don’t allow photos in the store, [...]
I’m back from vacation, and have a lot to share. But here to sum up my memorial day experience are two photos, with more to come later:
(top, my best friend Lyssa, who is pregnant with my godson, and bottom, T. and Sugar, who is my best friend Jana’s dog.)
Aren’t you intrigued?
