Maybe I just have paper lanterns on the brain, but I really love the sizes and colors of this group from Martha’s Walmart Collection.

Um, yeah, so, I got back from vacation and had to take another week off from blogging to deal with catching up to real life after being phone and e-mail free for a week. Still catching up, but thought I would share these centerpieces I did for a wedding brunch this Friday:
They were super simple [...]
So, speaking of bridal showers, a few weeks ago I put together these bridal shower invitations – the shower is in a few weeks and for a very dear family friend whose wedding is at my parents’ house this fall (excuse the for-privacy-blurring.)
My favorite part is the background on the invite, which I got by [...]
Last night I went to a bridal shower for my friend Rachel thrown by my friend Claire and her mom Kathryn. The “theme” was hydrangeas, which are the flowers for Rachel’s upcoming wedding. Does this not look like the most fun party of all time?

More information is here, but Lure is a new [...]
T. and I took a trip over to Daly City to go to Daiso today. It is amazing. Almost everything costs $1.50, which really is almost free. Until you get a whole basket full, and it ends up being $50. Yeah. I especially enjoyed it because, having grown up in Japan, there was a lot [...]

The way these lighted Cherry Blossom Branches glow is stunning. Can’t you imagine a few in a vase in the the corner of the room? Talk about mood lighting.
